Fat Cavitation is a non-invasive and safe treatment which uses ultrasound to target fat-cells and shakes the fat cell membrane until it ruptures. This is done without affecting the surrounding tissues, such as nerves and blood supply. The fat and triglycerides are then absorbed via the lymphatic system and excreted via the urinary system.
There is no down-time after treatment, and you can resume your daily activities. In effect, you can lose centimetres after one treatment. A course of 6-10 treatments is recommended. These must be at least 3 days apart. So call us now to book your first treatment!
Radio Frequency
Bipolar Radio Frequency is the non-surgical tightening of loose or sagging skin. It is best suited to clients with mild to moderate sagging of facial tissues. This treatment is suitable for all skin types and is commonly used to treat the forehead, under the eyes, cheeks, mid-face, jawline and neck. Bipolar RF when used in conjunction with Fat Cavitation can aid further fat breakdown and also tighten the skin in the same area that the Fat Cavitation has taken place.
The Radio Frequency waves heat the dermis to between 39-45 degrees Celsius without burning the skin’s surface.
This causes:
Local contraction of the collagen fibers to immediately tighten the skin.
New collagen formation: by heating the dermis, new collagen formation is stimulated. This tightening effect is delayed and may take 1-3 months to be visible.
Improved circulation: RF will also improve the blood and lymphatic flow. This helps with a better oxygen supply and greater toxin clearance to further reduce the effects of aging.
